Return Period & Procedure


How long do I have to return the items?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and original packaging. If it's been more than 30 days, we unfortunately can no longer accept the return.

How do I initiate a return?

  1. Contact us: Send us an email to info@schmidtstil.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  2. Follow instructions: Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed information on the next steps.
  3. Pack securely: Pack the item securely for shipping to prevent damage.
  4. Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund:
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. This process can take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchange:
Would you like to receive a different item? No problem, send us an email to info@schmidtstil.com with the details of your exchange request, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that you can only exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date and that the items you wish to exchange must be unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@schmidtstil.com. Please note: If your order is already being processed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

Damaged or defective items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to help. Send us a photo of the problem by email to info@schmidtstil.com, and we will find a suitable solution – either a replacement or a corrected shipment.
